The Memphis Blues Society
The MBS has been one of our biggest and best sources of inspiration.
Memphis is home of the blues and the blues is the root for many
genres of music. When you’re down on Beale Street, you feel right at
home, surrounded by the friendliest and most talented musicians on
the planet. Support the Memphis Blues Society and help keep the
blues alive. All MBS members receive a 15% discount from BCA!
The Darren J Band
When it comes to groovin’ Memphis Blues, look no further than
Memphis’ own Darren J. Along with Laura Cupit (bass) and WC
Garrison (drums), Darren lays down some of the tastiest blues tracks
on Beale. Stop by his website and give him a listen.
Ronin Guitars
One of two guitar makers that Blackfoot Custom Amps is in love with,
Ronin Guitars reset the bar of excellence for guitar manufacturers
worldwide. The level of craftsmanship is beyond reproach in each
instrument they build. Visit their website and give them a shout. Be
sure to tell them BCA sent ya!!
St. Blues Guitar Workshop
After traveling the world abroad, so-to-speak, St. Blues is alive deep
within the heart and soul of rock-n-roll. Fine all American made
guitars and basses pour out of the doors at St. Blues. And you can
even find electric washboards and cigar box guitars, there,...... hey
it’s Tennessee. There’s no telling what we’re gonna be up to next.
Jeremy “JB” Bustillos
JB is an accomplished Saxophone Artist and touring musician for over
15 years. JB first picked up the Harp when he was given one as a gift
in college. He fell in love with it's simplicity of use but also it's
complex nature of making music. Although he acknowledges the
influence of many great blues harmonica musicians, he calls his own
playing a "very modern" take on a traditional music form that is
thoroughly his own.
JB is endorsed by Seydel Harmonicas and Blackfoot Custom Amps.
Austin Varner
At only 12 years old, Austin Varner is a more accomplished guitar
player than pickers 20 years his senior. Originally from Henderson,
TN, Austin was born with the gift of tone and rhythm. With a self-
driven motivation and a tremendous maturity and work ethic, Austin
is on his way to the top. Look for many good things to come from
Austin, and we will help keep you posted on his progress, a truly
talented young man!! Austin is endorsed by Blackfoot Custom Amps
and Ronin Guitars.
Atlas Stands
Another great example of fine Tennessee craftsmanship is Atlas
Stands. When it comes to making sure your amplifier is coupled with
the sonic stage, we haven’t found anybody better. If you’re serious
about your music, toss out that old folding aluminum stand or the
milk crate, and get your amp some proper support. It isn’t just about
the beauty, using tone woods to couple your cabinet to the stage is
the best way to ensure that you don’t lose the punch and clarity.

that has found his way to Memphis, Tennessee. He has also found his
way to express this passion for music through his blogs and his
podcast “Music on the Couch.” If you want to know what is new and
upcoming in Blues and Rock, Vinny and his couch is the place to find
it. Each show features two artists, giving them 45-50 minutes each to
tell their stories and to hear their latest music. Music On The Couch
streams LIVE on BlogTalk Radio each Monday at 9:00pm Central. You
