JB’s Harp Box is an all-tube 16 watt amplifier specifically designed to enhance the frequency response of your harmonica. Working very closely with Jeremy “JB” Bustillos, an accomplished musician, BCA designed this amplifier to be a versatile tone machine that defies the status quo. Lower-mids and bass are enhanced to be tighter, more present, and free from feedback and distortion. High frequency clarity is strengthened and definition is ever-present. A harp player can use any microphone desired, switchable pre-amp gain structures compensate for even the hottest bullet mic. Front panel controls are: Hi/Lo gain switch, Volume, Bass Boost switch, Tone and a clean Boost for soloing. The Harp Box circuit is not limited to harmonica. With proper adjustment of the Volume knob, acoustic and electric guitars sound absolutely amazing through this amplifier. It is even suitable for bass guitars in a low-volume setting such as rehearsal or the studio. The Harp Box is a single-channel amplifier with Volume and Tone controls.
